We had a great time at Birmingham Zoo. We were looking at the animals. We were laughing and playing. It was a really fun time. I wish it never ended.

I absolutely loved seeing your photos and reading your blogs about your adventures with Tiny Ted. I can't wait to read more about your days with Tiny Ted.
I started my education career as a sixth grade teacher in 1996. I taught various elementary grades and subjects before transitioning to the first technology lab teacher at Paine Intermediate School. I then became the District Technology Integration Specialist for Trussville City Schools where I led professional development, co-taught with teachers K-12, and developed resources for students and teachers. I am currently the Technology Coordinator for Trussville City Schools where my passion for educating students continues by guiding the informational and instructional aspects of the department. I continue to connect through the classroom by facilitating several in school enrichment opportunities that support digital literacy computer science standards. I am active in local, state and national organizations to share and learn from others such as Alabama Leaders of Educational Technology, Alabama Digital Literacy Computer Science Course of Study Committee and Task Force, @TechBirmingham, and International Society for Technology in Education. I am married with two sons who love Disney, Star Wars, and spending time with family.
